Tasks

• Drive AI innovation within the ecosystem and understand technology diffusion and adoption curves specific to AI implementation.
• Understand both business priorities and organizational priorities from multiple perspectives
• Match current and future technology capabilities with Siemens strategy, IT strategy, and Department strategy.
• Understand and implement organizational priorities across Siemens, IT, and department levels while navigating transformation initiatives.
• Deliver results with strong execution capabilities beyond just strategy development.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to different audiences (cybersecurity professionals, business stakeholders, IT leadership).

Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field
• Strong expertise in SAP solutions and modules, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of data analytics and AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in business contexts with focus on value creation
• Experience in enabling and training teams on new technologies and solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
• Business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing)
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a proactive team player with the ability to build and lead future team initiatives
