Based in Reyrieux (near Lyon) since 1984, MSK Emballage SARL develops and manufactures complete hooding, conveying and palletizing solutions for various industrial sectors, and offers a range of software solutions. Our technical and sales teams are made up of experienced, multi-skilled employees such as project and design engineers, sales representatives and automation specialists.

Your mission

• Working closely with our teams, you will manage requests for quotations, ensure that they are processed on time and monitor the entire process until delivery.
• You will organize team trips efficiently and ensure that all logistics details are perfectly coordinated to ensure that projects run smoothly.
• Your tasks include careful research, reading contracts and checking suppliers of transport equipment and subcontractors, including assembly, electrical and translations, until the projects are successfully completed.
• You will provide administrative support in project monitoring, coordinate cooperation with MSK subsidiaries and subcontractors and thus contribute to the successful implementation of the projects.
• The preparation of documents, folders, offers, invoices and orders as well as the implementation of translations are part of your area of ​​responsibility and will be carried out by you with great precision and care.
• In addition, you will take on various tasks related to the back office to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Your profile

• You have completed a university education (Bac+2/3) and ideally have already gained some successful experience in the back office, especially in dealing with telephone contacts.
• Your enthusiasm and interest in technology set you apart and make you a valuable member of our team.
• You are an organized, autonomous personality with high standards of service quality and ensure that our customers are always satisfied.
• Your strong communication skills and your ability to find creative solutions make you a valued contact both internally and externally.
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile and enable you to communicate successfully in our international environment.
