• Cooperation in Project Estimation and planning
• Cooperation in Quotation-and/or development of projects
• Review Aerospace customer RFQ’s and designs to determine design, labour, material and inspection costs for input into Valiant quotes;
• Definition of the exact scope of delivery (definition of deliverables equipment); Analysis of the exact customer request or problem approach
• Technical Preparation of Solutions,-options in cooperation with the Process Engineer
• Analysis of detail problems, such as accessibility, ergonomic and cycle time
• First planning steps of technical installations and set up of first process steps (in ppt.)
• 3D part Analysis ( analyses of costumer process Steps, definition of interfaces related to modifications)
• Set up of first gross quantity Frameworks
• Set up of time schedule for offers and first project steps
• Preparation of offer documents ( technical and commercial)
• Preparation of costumer based documents and/or coordination between internal departments
• Preparation of Presentation of relevant documents and actual output;
• Clarification / coordination and support of internal departments
• Preparing of RFQ’s for supplier clarification
• Realization of Offer Estimation ( New + updates) out of gross quantity Frameworks resulting from the process engineering
• Supervision change management
• Claim quotation
• Attend customer line-up meetings as required and provide technical assistance to salesmen and internal personnel directly responsible for manufacturing and design;
• Participate at Design Reviews and Releases to meet original quote requirements.
