ATG Tax Global is the French branch of Avask Group, acting as a one-stop-shop for indirect taxation issues (specifically VAT), implanted over Europe, in China and in the USA.
In order to satisfy the growing demand of the market, our VAT consultants’ team is looking for its new members to join the French branch in Paris.
As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the administration function of the business runs both effectively and efficiently. The Administration Manager will be the first point of contact for Directors and clients and will play an integral role in resolving issues relating to tax and VAT registrations. You will effectively manage the administration team. We are looking for an outstanding organiser who is enthusiastic and highly motivated. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and fully embrace the need for discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Regular liaison with partners (stakeholders) with regards to any registration’s updates, blockers, changes from the tax authorities that needs to be relayed to the team
- Line management of the administration team, providing support, setting KPIs and resolving issues that may arise
- Owning a portfolio of clients and completing VAT registrations for them
- Lead the team to successfully manage their portfolio of clients
- Coming up with solutions to any potential registration issues
- Run the department in conjunction with the Directors
- Ad hock tasks
- Training new starters
- Assist with the onboarding of new partnerships and the registration documentation that is required
- Ensure the administration team are sending their EU VAT registrations within the 12-24 hour expected turnaround time
- Hold daily meetings with the registration team to make sure they have a proper plan for their workload each day
- Regular communication with the UK and French Team

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Management experience.
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
