Tasks
- Actively contribute to the development of new materials and products for our main markets (e.g., automotive, construction, life sciences)
- Design and conduct experiments, and support pilot and industrial trials
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative ideas
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary R&D teams (e.g., marketing, production)
- Engage in international strategic programs focused on sustainability and circular economy
- Establish and maintain contact with business partners across Eastern and Northern Europe to initiate new projects
Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in material science, physics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of material characterization and material selection (organic/inorganic)
- Strong interest in technical work, experimentation, and customer collaboration
- Experience in data analysis and experimental design
- Programming skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or a Slavic language is a plus)
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive and adaptable mindset
