The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Your challenges
- You coordinate queries of sales forecasting data for strategic planning purposes.
- You support the preparation of requests for quotations (RFQs).
- You conduct internal sales analyses, prepare their results and present them to the departments afterwards.
- You coordinate prototypes and prototype tools.
- You create and maintain the sales database at the customer and internally (SAP) as well as price and overdue management.
- You support and coordinate the definition of sales targets for the responsible support area.
Profile
- You graduated from a Bachelor or Master degree in technical studies/economics.
- You have a first significant experience in sales (internship or work-study).
- You have an excellent level in English.
- You have a good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
