Missions

  • Contribute actively to reach the division target as in the SP20 and followers
  • Coach the Plant Coordinators and Quality Managers in Safety/Regulation topics
  • Coordinate/perform SR Audits and related actions
  • Participation to the creation/improvement of audit checklists
  • Answer technical and organizational questions to plant S/R coordinator/others
  • Participation to the definition or update of standards/Best Practices for all S/R activities, also within other departments
  • Share with network “Best Practices“ identified in each plant
  • Ensure that new developments are done according to SR requirements (Key Control Characteristics/Key Product Characteristicslists, Core Procedure, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design Validation Plan/Production Validation Plan, Lesson Learned Sheet, etc.) Coordinate the triggering of SR alerts; ensure their follow-up by validating the Quick Response Continuous Improvement. Support/expertise to be given if required.
  • If requested, support Global Technology and Standard and Interior System Product Group by analyzing alerts, and share
  • Coach and follow-up LLS
  • Regular reporting on SR Alerts as on SR audits and Blocking Points
  • Scrap reduction due to destructive tests to be driven for NER plants
  • S&R Lessons Learned process to be put under control

Profile

  • Master's degree in engineering
  • Experience in quality activities
  • Skills in statistics
  • English fluent mandatory
  • German beginner/ Slave language advantageous
  • International experience
  • Flexibility in travels
