The missions

• Support development of Functional Analysis, Key Product & Process Characteristics, FMEA, Design and Manufacturing Validation Plan.
• Develop control plan for prototype and production, aligned with FMEA, approve prototype characteristics
• Communicate Inspection/Measurement requirements to Suppliers and follow-up on results
• Support development and validate new inspection methods
• Contribute to creation and validation of product/process standards, incorporating Lessons Learned.
• This VIE mission will start February 2018 and will last 24 months.

Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• Fluent in English (German skills favorable)
• Knowledge in Advanced Quality Tools, like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Functional Analysis
• Knowledge in statistical methods
• Knowledge in reading of technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
