Missions

• Provide FES expertise based on our lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targers.
• Contribute to the plant production cost budget consstruction and achievement throuh efficient cost management and cost improvement plans
• Support FES network in our german production units
• Follow up of the FES deployment plan, to support Improvement execution
• Provide according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the plant teams through training, coaching and education
• Participat to FES principless in programs from design stage (lean process design, MIFD, validation of Equipment design, cardboard workshop activities, Standarized Work, process layout...)
• Participate in mulitple

Profile

• Master degree in manufacturing entgineering or similiar
• Previous experience with production processes (minimum 1 year)
• Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPIs by using FES principles
• Understand basic Logistic and Operational Levers
• Experience in Automotive environment welcome.
• High Skills in Excel and Heavy data base calculations, with macros and above avg. formulas
• Fluent in English and German language
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Ability to master change
• Ability to train and choch within the plant
• Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
