The main missions

• Assist in conducting and later conduct independently readiness reviews, then develop and manage Up-to Schedule Plans
• Interface with all appropriate functions in the plant or in the region, e.g. Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel to proactively manage relevant items, contain costs, ensure Customer and Faurecia timelines/milestones are met, supplier and plant issues addressed
• Track assigned programs, highlight bottlenecks with management, timing issues, cost concerns, inefficiencies, customer requirements
• Provide improvement recommendations, and champion implementing approved recommendations
• Develop logistics, perform freight analysis, interface with carriers, resolve carrier issues

The VIE mission will start in as soon as possible and will last 18 months.

Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or Logistics
• First Experience in production in an industrial environment
• International mindset, international experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, German knowledge (minimum B1 level)
