Your main missions

• Definition, analysis and creation of the production layout and material stream analysis, including material flow and information flow.
• Definition and creation of specifications for machines and equipment.
• Support Run@Rates and Mass Production Trials.
• Coordinate work package tasks related to the new project and ensure their accomplishment.
• Creation of the Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Key Control Characteristic (KCC) & Poka Yoke for the new project.
• Evaluation of the ergonomics and efficiency system for the operators for the new production line.
• Reporting and documentation activities (KPIs, Launch Book, Launch Presentations…).
• Perform part measurements for capability studies.
• Support for the industrialization of the new production line.
• Support the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in ad-hoc topics

The mission will last 24 months.

Who are you?

• Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• Strong team player with intercultural thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible.
• Target oriented and creative.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer skills (MS office, Power Point, Excel, AutoCAD is needed. SAP & 3D Software is a plus).
• Good language skills in German and English.
• First experience in production, manufacturing or in the automotive industry is a plus.
