Your role and responsibilities

Your main missions will be to:

Be actively involved in recruitment, training and HR administration
Providing assistance and support to plant employees
Participate in special HR projects (onboarding, diversity, ....)

The mission will last 12 months, could be extended to 24 months.

Profile

Master's Degree in business administration or economics with specialization in HR
Fluent in English, intermediate in German
First working experience in HR function
Good MS Office knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
