The main missions

• Support management in the implementation of plant PC&L methods and tools
• Proactively support PC&L team in: data analyses, readiness reviews, up-to schedule plans, etc.
• Challenge current processes, bring up continuous improvement ideas and lead implementation actions
• Build up solid network with stakeholders in the region (e.g. Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel) with strong focus on business approach: cost-oriented achievement of Customer, Supplier and Faurecia timelines/milestones
• Communicate and report progress

The VIE mission will start in as soon as possible and will last 12 months.

Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or Logistics
• First Experience in production in an industrial environment
• International mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus (and willing to improve)
• Positive mindset
• Dynamism
• Eager to work in a nice environment
