The main missions

• Assist the local HR team in the implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up.
• Support in deployment and follow-up of annual processes (performance management, salary review ...).
• Be responsible for one or several specific topics, like HR Intranet
• Act as contact person for employees to ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.

Profile

• Master's Degree with a specialization in HR
• A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
• Good MS office skills, ideally familiar with HR information systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
• Good organizational skills
• Fluent in English, minimum of intermediate level of German
• International mind set
