The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Your challenges
- You will participate and coordinate several HR projects (communication, marketing, health management etc.)
- You will be responsible for implementing several Employee Engagement actions as part of our internal audit.
- You will support the administrative tasks
- You will participate in co-designing, optimization and implementation of HR processes
Profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management / Labor Law
- You have a first experience in HR work (internship, work-study)
- You have an excellent level in English
- You have a good knowledge of German
- You have a good experience in MS Office / Google Application
- An initial experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
