Your responsibilities

The role of a site HSE Coordinator (VIE) is to support the Plant HSE Specialist with the daily HSE routines and with specific project tasks, like:

• Organize, coordinate and drive HSE audits and trainings
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) testing and selection
• Regular Tours and inspections
• Support with risk assessments
• Creation of operating instructions
• Administration
• Coordination and improvement in the area of the environment
• Regular preparation, analysis, tracking and follow-up of KPIs/indicators (FR0t, environmental data,...)

Skills

• Master’s degree/Engineering diploma with a specialization in Health, Safety & Environment
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English and good level of German required
• Team player, autonomous, rigorous and not afraid to take initiatives
• Self-starter with good organizational skills and assertiveness
• First experience in a production plant is a plus
