Missions
- Support Program Teams to develop successful EDW (Equipment Design Workshop) and Card Board Workshops, ensuring High level of Lean Manufacturing implementation, measured though quantity Auto-Eject implemented, Adherence to 16 Hoshin Rules, and 20 Equipment Design Guidelines
- Support Critical Programs on MPT (Mass Production Trial) Readiness
- Support Operations on specific missions, for concrete Faurecia Excellence System Projects, or Turnaround
- Support FES in Programs Teams on Training, creation of Communication `package, create and share Best Practices, Networking with AFO-South Europe, etc…
- Support FES&P EUR on specific mission and reporting exercises
The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once up to 24months) and will start as soon as possible.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English. German will be a plus
- Interest on Lean Manufacturing
- International Mobility Interest
- First experience in Lean Manufactory.
