Main responsibilities

As a V.I.E., you would join our team within the R&D center dedicated to the E/E System Validation Lab. Your main tasks will be the following:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of test plans for high-value glazing systems, including functional, performance and safety testing, in accordance with industry standards and regulations,
  • Developing validation plans and coordinating validation tests for E/E systems,
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,
  • Evaluating test results and approving test reports as well as support test setups for novel systems within R&D projects,
  • Consulting on E/E system validation topics for ongoing R&D projects as well as technical cooperation with external partners (companies, institutes, service providers...).
  • This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.

Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, or any related field,
  • Strong interest for connectivity technologies,
  • First experience with E/E system validation in a lab environment is preferred,
  • Ability to work independently under supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach,
  • Curious, team player and open-minded,
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, programing knowledge is a plus,
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. German beginners are welcome!
