The main missions

  • Support the sales and program teams in easing the coordination and exchange of data between the external requests/ constraints and internal requests/ constraints
  • Enhance the different tools and system of the Program Management System and customer systems
  • Develop and support the coordination between the sales and the program positions
  • Ensure CBU accountability and entrepreneurship reinforcement and deployment
  • Participate to data collection, analysis and consolidation for the various reports
  • Coordinate transversal activities between the CBU’s (esp. BMW/DAIMLER/ VW)
  • Participate in business plan optimization and profit improvement efforts

The length of the VIE is 24 months.

  • Computer skill sets – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based software
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Digital Technologies.
  • German/English speaking
  • Flexible to travel (20% of the time)
