Tasks

The VIE will support the Pogram Management Organization of the new Program Team. The main task is to support the data management within the complete team for all Program relevant data and use of modern communication tools. Focus is always on lasting implementation. After those Program Fundamentales, the VIE Program Management will work on specific Organizational Program Management task in order to ensure long term sustainable efficiency improvement within the team. This could be, despite ECR Management, scheduled timing reviews, review dates and tracking, Lesson learned implementation, QRCI role-out, Program team schedules like newsletters, daily short updates or Shareplaces news as well as visual Program Management aid implementation.

This VIE will start as soon as possible for 12 to 24 months.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master degree ideally in engineering
VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise)
English (standart requirement), German is a plus
Highly structured and organized
Willing to work with team and on special dedicated short term projects
Good communication skills
