Tasks
For Cassidian in Unterschleißheim within the Department Competence Management & Learning we are looking for a VIE - Learning and Development Coordinator for Sales and Finance Campus. The future job holder will manage the training organisation from A to Z.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Definition of the training calendar for the year to come with the Training Providers in line with the Business needs and the Operative Planning
- Launching and collection of the nominations in close collaboration with the HR learning and Competences Managers
- Responsible for the deployment of the training sessions: hotel booking, notification to the training providers, communication with the participants (invitations, follow up of the participation rate, send reminders and confirmation for the participant´s room booking, coordination with the training suppliers etc.), organisation of all the logistic (room set up, technical
- equipment etc.)
- Ensure the quality of the service provided by travelling to the venue
- Represent and promote Cassidian College initiatives by opening the workshops
- After the training session, collect and analyse the feedback sheets distributed at the end of each seminar in order to have an indication on the level of participants´satisfaction. If needed you will be responsible for taking all the necessary actions to improve the quality of the training materials, and the training organisation (ex: organise and coordinate interviews between our partners in Sales and Finance functions and the trainer)
- Reporting activity on the training plan realisation (keep track on particiant´s number and structure). Status, monthly presented to our HR partners
- Follow up on the invoicing process and master of the budget
- Following Cassidian´s strategy, update of the training portfolio by coordinating new training developments
- In charge of the marketing of the Sales and Finance Campus via our Intranet interface (updates of the pages on a regular basis)
- In parallel of your main activity of training management, you will take part and represent Cassidian College in several initiatives at Cassidian or at EADS level (ex: Shared College Finance).
Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, HR, project Management, Psychology,
- Sociology or equivalent.
- Experiences in Management / Organisation and / or in a HR function ideally in Personal Development
- English negotiation level
- German would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
