V.I.E. Junior program quality engineer (m/f), Hagenbach

Faurecia Interior Systems is looking for a Junior Program Quality Engineer (m/f) under VIE contract to be based at its site in Hagenbach.

Missions

The Junior Program Quality Engineer supports the Program Quality Leader in the following missions:

• Self consistent development of a creation and update tool for quality related documents. This will be based on MS Office Pro software (Access, Excel).
• Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards within our prototype shop.
• Stand in front to be a good example in the structured way of working, and documentation.
• Work out the specifications of the fixtures which need to meet internal and external requirements.
• Participation on development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges.
• Organization and tracking of controls, tests and measurements of prototype and pre-series parts.
• Communication of test reports and measurement results to the development team.
• Support a successful program handing over to the production plant.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• A Master's degree in engineering (mechanics, plastic industry, etc.) and a specific qualification (functional analysis, FMEA, Special Characteristics management, measurement, reliability, problem solving, variability reduction, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office Professional applications
• Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
• Willing to travel frequently within Germany and abroad
• Team player with strong communication skills
• International mind set.
