V.I.E. Junior program controller, Munich

Faurecia Interior Systems is looking for a Junior Program Controller (m/f) under VIE contract for its platform at Munich (Germany).

The Junior Program Controller is in charge and/or supports controlling programs in order to optimize their profitability and cash.

Missions

The main missions of the role are to:

• Ensure total accordance between real economic status of a program and what is reported through the follow-up tools
• Produce and comment on the standard program reporting to the program team, the Division and the Business Group
• Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program
• Contribute to the Budget and the Middle Term Plan (MTP) process
• Contribute to system improvements relevant to programs
• during Acquisition phase: Collect relevant data and issue the first Business Plan simulations and the Request For Quotation (RFQ)
• Program Monitoring: Issue the Initial Business Plan (IBP), keeping it up to date throughout the program's life
• Serial life: Ensure adequate transition of the Program data and information to production site controller
• Identify and explain the main differences between the IBP and the Start of Production (SOP) +6 months situation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Business School or Masters degree in Economics or Finance
• Good accounting knowledge
• Experience in industrial environment would be a plus
• Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
• Strong teamwork sense
• Strong communication skills
• Mobile and adaptable
• English required, German a plus.
