For Eurocopter in Donauwörth (near Augsburg) within the department Governmental Helicopters Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Management we are looking for a VIE Integrated Logistic Support Manager - Aircraft Ground Equipment / Ground Support Equipment for NH90/Tiger (f/m).
Profile
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect aircraft ground equipment / ground support equipment (AGE / GSE) information based on existing aircraft ground equipment identification forms / ground support equipment requirements data sheet (AGEIFs / GSERDs) and AGE / GSE master lists
- Collect information regarding logistic support analysis (LSA), initial provisioning list (IPL), technical publications (Tech Pub) such as pricing implementation status
- Verify data consistency between design office information, vendor data and ILS information for AGEs / GSEs
- Transfer collected information into the AGE / GSE data base
- Establish reports, based on available templates
- Collect information regarding changes on AGEs / GSEs (change requests (CRs) and engineering change proposals (ECPs))
- Transfer information regarding changes on AGEs / GSEs into the data base and trace changes on part number level
- Identify AGEIFs / GSERDs with still open actions
- Answer to queries coming from support and services (S&S) departments or regarding information for AGEs / GSEs
- Establish an AGE / GSE catalogue out of the AGE / GSE data base
Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable
- Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials desirable
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office in specific Excel or Access
- English: negotiation level
- Good knowledge of German
- French knowledge desirable
