V.I.E. Division PCL coordinator, Augsburg

Our Business Group Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies is looking for a Division PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) Coordinator m/f V.I.E for its site at Augsburg (Germany).

Purpose

Define and cost PC&L concept for one or several customer RFQs (Request for Quotation) and coordinate the deployment of Inbound, Outbound and Plant Internal PC&L concepts for one or several New Awarded Program

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses plant PC&L organization in regards to new Program
  • During RFQ Phase, define, propose and cost several PC&L concepts to the Program Manager in line with Division and group Guidelines and Standards
  • Coordinate and validate with plant PC&L to provide PC&L Specifications (S.L.A) and Lessons learned to be included in the forwarders and suppliers selection process
  • Coordinate with Plant PC&L Packaging definition and trial, MIFA-MIFD definition
  • Maintain tracking of PC&L costs - calculate, update and optimize to be within Business Products.
  • Organize workshops/exchanges to define and coordinate solution to fix common problems existing in ongoing RFQs or Deployments in line with Group Guidelines
  • Train Program Teams on PC&L Standards, routines/procedures, processes or best practices.

The mission will start ideally in August 2010 and will last 18 months.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies):

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (minor in supply chain engineering or management) or in Logistic/Supply Chain Management
  • Some experience in Logistic in Automotive industry
  • Experience in project management
  • Languages: English/French or German
  • IT: Office (strength in Excel and Access)
  • Personal Skills: Able to coordinate, communicate, motivate, challenge, listen, suggest, be a transparent teamplayer, rigorous and organized. Open minded and Autonomous with strong drive, who works with data, priorities and deadlines. Understands costs. Flexible and mobile.
