V.I.E. Development Engineer with Electrical or Electronical Background, Donauwörth

For Eurocopter in Donauwörth (near Augsburg) within the department Computers and Electrical Equipment, we are looking for a VIE Development Engineer (f/m).

Tasks

Your main target is to achieve a fully LED based solution for Helicopters Lighting (Interior and External Lighting) for the Germanand French H/C Programs:

• Market Research has to be performed for new lights based on LED technology
• Conduct a RFI /RFQ process
• Establish and conduct development project(s) with external suppliers

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Electrical Engineering degree, with specialization or knowledge in Opto-Electronics / LED technology
• Basic Electrical CAD Tools experience
• Fluency in English is essential
• German, French or other language skills will be considered as an advantage
• International experience of 6 months or more (for studies or work) will be considered as an advantage
• Able to work as a member of a team
• Good communication skills.
