Your tasks

• Collaboration in international projects related to new and innovative automotive glazing for internal purposes as well as for our customers
• Development of existing and new products in an R&D environment
• Creation of specifications and other documentations
• Testing and evaluating new digital and smart automotive glazing including their components respecting internal references and external standards
• Technical interface between product development and production of prototypes
• Basic communication across the Saint-Gobain group (Marketing, Distribution, Plants)

Your profile

• University degree with focus on physics, electrical engineering, or similar natural sciences (M.Sc./Eng.)
• High interest working in an R&D and industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of material science
• Basic skills on electronics, sensors and illumination technologies
• CAD and IT knowledge desirable
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly motivated to learn the German language – basic German skills preferable
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
