V.I.E. Contrôleur de gestion junior H/F, Wörth

Our Interior System Department is looking for a Junior Controller m/f (VIE contract) for its Production Plant at Wörth (Germany)

Tasks

• The Junior controller supports the plan controller and is in charge of financial issues, including budgeting, month-end reporting, internal controls and year-end audits. He/she assists management to make profitable business decisions. The main missions of the role are:
• Contribute to financial reporting in close collaboration with the accounting team in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines
• Contribute to Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts setting-up, and actively participating in the analysis of variances
• Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
• Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up
• Contribute to the determination and follow-up on raw materials
• Contribute to develop inventory practices and their analysis
• Participate in the economic justification of investments and their follow-up

The ideal candidate will have/be

• Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
• Accounting knowledge
• Plant controlling experience is a plus
• Computer literate and very good knowledge of IT systems (Excel, Access)
• Strong teamwork sense
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
• Engagement, results orientation and motivation
