We are a strong global community connected by shared values, varied experiences, and a common goal — to grow with purpose. Our People Attributes reflect the values we live by and the mindset we bring to every challenge, every day.

We truly care for our employees, their individual needs, and their aspirations. We are a thriving community of thinkers, innovators, and individuals who share our purpose: We secure our future.

Tasks

  • Own and grow a portfolio of global travel partners: understand their business, identify growth opportunities, and drive retention and upsell.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and profitability of each partnership, using KPIs and reports to spot issues early and take corrective action.
  • Lead and coordinate all commercial activities with your accounts: sales planning, business reviews, tenders and RFPs, contract renewals and renegotiations.
  • Act as the main global liaison for your clients, coordinating with internal teams (IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery on commitments and resolution of issues.
  • Keep a close connection with Allianz Partners business units in different countries, aligning local and global priorities and ensuring consistent client experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the travel industry, our products, market trends and regulatory requirements, and bring those insights into client conversations and internal decisions.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.

Profile

  • Solid experience (around 5+ years) in key account management or B2B sales, ideally with international or multi-country clients, where you have owned revenue, relationship and renewal outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes: you can align clients and internal teams (commercial, IT, legal, operations, etc.) and keep projects moving to completion.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills: you are comfortable preparing and leading business reviews, managing tenders and renewals, and balancing client satisfaction with profitability.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in ambiguity: you can handle escalations, conflicting priorities and time‑sensitive issues while maintaining constructive relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or Spanish are an advantage in working with our global partners.
