The main missions

• Main contact concerning every training subjects within Europe (for sites and with internal suppliers)
• Monitoring Europe registrations and follow-up of the training plan
• Coordination of Faurecia Universities registrations, attendance and billing
• Consolidation of Europe training plan for 2019
• Support site training correspondents
• Follow-up of trainings KPIs
• This internship will last 6 months (renewable).

Profile

• Bachelor/Master's Degree with a specialization in HR
• A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment is a plus
• Good MS office and IT skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
• Rigor, attention to detail, good organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• International mindset
