Missions

  • Lead the professional management of all group‘s trade shows (brief, stand building, product displays, venue, accommodation, transport, invitations, catering, A/V support, budget, debrief).
  • Develop & implement a full program of communications activities around these events to optimize our trade show presence for all audiences (customers, employees, press, general public etc).
  • Develop appropriate communications tools (print, digital, audio-visual) for trade show use. Lead the editorial content of these events for other communications channels.
  • Co-ordinate cross business group initiatives and demonstrators and any accompanying communications tools. Work closely with the Business Groups to ensure that demonstrators that are used for trade shows and media events are adapted to a general public audience in terms of message and quality.
  • Support organization of customers events and tech days as well as other events involving demonstrators as appropriate.
  • Identify and manage appropriate suppliers and work with them to optimize the budget of all events.

Profile

  • Minimum Education Level: Higher education degree (bachelors, master, MBA) in Marketing, communication, or other business/management related field
  • More than 5 years in an industrial company
  • Experience in trade show management & communications
  • Experience with international environment exposure
  • Project management skills
  • Events and logistics management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured and organization skills
  • Creativity
  • Customer oriented
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Ability to work effectively at various levels of the organization and with outside partners
