Missions
The Business Excellence team members act as internal consultants for Europe Division. Main focus areas are organization development, process improvements and the development of tools and systems.
General responsibilities and duties of the Business Excellence Associate are:
Identifying Project Requirements:
- The associate identifies areas of improvement related to the Associate’s focus area (organization, processes or tools & systems) and supports the set-up of respective project organizations
Leading Projects:
- The associate leads various cross-functional projects or project modules under the supervision and guidance of the Director Business Excellence, including the implementation of the project results where applicable.
- Close communication to the European Management and regular reporting are keys for successful projects.
Perform Documentation:
- The associate performs the necessary documentation of the project progress and results including advises to the Management. Project results can be presentations, reports, process descriptions, installation manuals, user guides, etc.
In addition to above mentioned responsibilities are:
- Trend scouting
- The associate conducts on an ongoing basis trend scouting activities, benchmark analysis and market researches of state of the art tools & systems.
- External support
- Case by case the associate is searching for external support to provide needed knowhow to projects – when appropriate.
- Feasibility studies
- On a regular basis analyse of existing Faurecia tools and systems have to be done as a basis of needed improvements.
Profile
- Minimum education level: Master’s degree
- Consulting background/experience
