Testing and Commissioning Manager (f/m/d) Railway Systems, Berlin

Your new role

• In your new role you will lead the Testing and Commissioning process according to customer specifications and company standards.
• You will coordinate all on-site testing and commissioning activities and manage system tests.
• Furthermore, you will adjust on-site works according to actual requirements.
• You will develop the T&C strategy and schedule and develop the system test plan.
• In addition, you will elaborate test procedures/reports and commissioning rule book.
• You will provide technical input for hazard analysis.
• You will follow up test open items based on project priorities and organize and lead of meetings with client.

Your qualifications

• You hold a completed University degree (Masters/Diploma) in Engineering or Physics, preferably railway specific specialization.
• Furthermore, you bring in long-term professional experience in installation, test and commissioning of signaling systems.
• Knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution as well as reading and understanding of contractual technical requirements is a must.
• Technical engineering, interface management and knowledge on all major subsystems of a railway turnkey project, e.g. Signalling, Railway Communication, Electrification, SCADA.
• In addition, you bring in knowledge of engineering processes and standards associated with this, e.g. DIN EN 50126.
• Good command of German and English is essential. Knowledge in French is an advantage.
