Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for sales for all product lines in the business of Surface Conditioning in the area Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and South Africa
- Analyze the markets to identify opportunities and new customers
- Negotiation of sales contracts
- Manage existing accounts in link with our Customer Service
- Strong interaction with product managers for each product line
- Contribution to the Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Report to the European Business Manager of Surface Conditioning
Your profile
- Engineer, MBA, PhD or Master degree preferably in Material Science
- Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience in industrial/technical markets
- Experience in Materials Science, Abrasives or Chemistry would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Self-motivating working style, team player and with high level of autonomy
- Disciplined and well organized
- Willingness to extensively travel (30% 50%) with overnight stays
- Fluent in German and English mandatory, French would be a bonus
