Tasks & accountabilities
The main mission is to:
- Fully answer to customer’s maintenance needs.
- Support the safety and the maintainability of all Airbus aircrafts in operations by delivering a high quality and customized documentation (electrical consolidated view).
- Support on daily basis any potential in service issue and be proactive in case of Aircraft On Ground and/or questions raised by any airline,
- Contribute to airlines profitability by proposing efficiency enhancement.
- Contribute to future digital initiative developments and enable Services development (GenEWIS)
- Manage communication through all internal and external stakeholders including end users ( Operators, Lessors, MROs,…)
Within organizational unit in charge of Technical Data Systems, Schematics & Wiring France, you will be accountable for the following activities:
- Support safety for all aircraft programs and ensure customer satisfaction for the growing in service fleet (11.000 A/C by mid of 2019)
- Answer On Time to customer queries by securing availability within a dedicated team
- Monitor the 2 Local Line end-to-end chains of productions internally and externally for Aircraft Wire List (AWL) ~130.000 inputs / year + all in service fleet for 4 Aircraft Programs with relevant reports and alerts to the management.
- Steer the subcontracted activities. The jobholder will ensure Validation & Verification activities as well as quality and production control of Wiring deliverables. He/she will maintain quality level to comply with Airbus regulations and standards and will define and launch correctives actions in case of deviation.
- Provide accessible information for aircraft operators, secure completeness and accuracy of all delivered information through digital application
- Contribute, Define and Lead Innovative projects to provide services to Customers and ease authoring task via Digitalization
- Is actor in the Process Method and Tools definition and evolution, secure that each evolutions are well implemented within the authoring lines
- Establishment and maintain of close contact with Engineering and with Suppliers, for source data collection and for validation. The jobholder will work in close cooperation with numerous interfaces: customer services departments, design offices, airlines, subcontractors, suppliers. He will act as AWL focal point for the interfaced domain.
- The jobholder also plays a key role in Schematics & Wiring Department in terms of continuous improvements for Technical Data processes & tools and for transnational standardization of ways of working.

Required skills

- Educated Master’s degree or equivalent training in Data Analyst
- Communication skills and assertiveness.
- Project Management and organization skills
- Experience in data mining & machine-learning
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of aircraft Electrical Systems and Aeronautics
- Aircraft configuration Management
- Dynamic, Proactive and Positive mind set
- Curious and open minded for change and continuous improvement.
- English Advanced level is mandatory
