Main missions

• Lead the SAS automation experts within corporate engineering (resources and vacation planning, annual employee reviews etc)
• Define, update and improve standards specifications for process automations
• Support plants and projects by defining, planning, installing, maintaining and improving of automated processes
• Define standard communication platforms to communicate and share best practices, lessons learned within SAS for automation
• Ensure benchmark and state of the art knowledge level in automation
• Drive automation team and projects through KPIs, including regular reportings
• Support program and sales teams in all automation related topics from nomination, through execution and implementation

Profile

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Profound understanding of automation processes (e.g. Robots, AGVs/LGVs, Sensors, Tightenings)
• Industrial IT Knowledge (SPS, PLC, Robots, Programming)
• Leadership and communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
• Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
• Intercultural and open mindset
• Fluency in English and German
• Standard PC Software knowledge (MS Office etc)
• Preferably lean management experience
