Missions

Support on whole recruitment process:

• Gather and consolidate the hiring requests in preparation of hiring committee, attend hiring committee and follow-up un decisions with stakeholders
• Ensure with HRBP that the job descriptions are created or up to date
• Manage the posting process of the Job Ads on the Recruitment tools: first posting, extensions, closing…
• Update the recruitment follow-up file and create an activity reporting
• Contact candidates for first qualification and schedule appointment if needed in the process Support on onboarding process & its improvement: -Prepare candidate onboarding -Design a short document including all the “must know” information for new joiners

Profile

• Good interpersonal skills, communication
• Sense of rigor and organisation
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent English and French
• Knowledge of the Allianz Group would be an advantage
