Support & Services sales promotion manager (m/f), Marignane

Within the 'Global business & Services' Directorate, you will join the 'Sales and Customers Relation Department and more precisely the 'Sales Promotion Products & Services'' team (11 people). You will be based in Marignane.

Tasks

Ahead of tenders or during tenders, you will support the Sales teams by promoting key differentiating factors of Eurocopter portfolio of services (mission systems configuration information, support & services specificities)

Your main missions will be the following ones:

• Developing detailed awareness of Eurocopter portfolio of Services and convey it to Key Account Managers (KAM), all potential customers and commercial network by adapted presentation, demonstration and / or tools
• Providing to KAM and Subsidiaries the support required to convince existing and potential customers of the key differentiating factors of Eurocopter Services offer and contributing to facilitate sales
• Promoting complex solutions (mission systems specific configurations, services...)
• Leveraging with the support of the marketing team, operational comparisons of Eurocopter Services versus the competition
• Ensuring that all Eurocopter Services are known by the Key Region Managers/KAM and subsidiaries/distributors/maintenance centers 
• Liaising with all Support & Services discipline to ensure adequate information sharing and support in sales campaigns
• Analysing tenders and Client requirements to assess Eurocopter proposed solutions (services adequacy versus competition)
• Business travels are to be expected for this position, about 50% of your working time, all over the world.

Profile

• You have at least a 2-year degree with a specialization mechanics. You have at least 10 years of proven operational experience as a Head of Helicopter Maintenance (Part 145 / Far 145), Technical Manager, ideally in a commercial Helicopter operator.
• Solid technical knowledge of Helicopter is mandatory.
• You have a strong ability to present, explain, convince, but also to listen with empathy & provide feedback information. You have a strong team spirit.
• A Negotiation level in English is required for this position. Knowledge of French, German, Spanish and/or Portuguese would be appreciated.
