We are running an international customer support centre for a highly desirable sports and lifestyle brand in 11 different languages and are currently searching for:

Support Agent for French (m/f)

Your Tasks

• Providing support via email (main part) and telephone for B2B and B2C contacts
• translation of knowledge base content
• data base management and fulfilment services

Your Profile

• Mother tongue or excellent skills (written and spoken) in French
• very good skills (written and spoken) in English as this is the official project language
• very good skills (written and spoken) in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
• Good communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good technical understanding - you can pick up new tools quickly
• Passion for sports and lifestyle
• Readiness for shift work as the project is covering international time-zones, also on bank holidays and at the weekend
