Missions

Organisation:

• Support and coach plant SQA when supplier quality issues.
• Identify the best practices of SQ Organisation and spread out within FIS Europe perimeter.
• Align work methodology and mindset of all FIS Europe SQAs, by Training and coaching them

Performance:

• Manage Supplier Performance KPI within the Regional perimeters, focused mainly on PPM, RPPM, QPpB, MPM, PF4, Supplier reactivity and alerts.
• Drive escalation process through purchasing organization in the event of no supplier response or critical claims, using the Monthly FIS PAN Europe (incl. AST / FAD) and Plant RED LIST’s.
• Carries out improvement/convergence plan with Top offender Suppliers (as defined from red list) or with the suppliers requested by commodity
• Check and filter daily BOP issues with SQAs, supporting to liaise with suppliers or different FIS departments to set an added value action plan.
• Liaison with SQDs when BOP issues require the temporary actions from SQD organization at supplier facilities.
• Manage and ensure the transfer of Methodology and technical skill
• Evaluate work processes efficiency of SQA through Guideline Assessment
• Ensure an efficient management and maintenance of supplier PPAP during series life, paying also attention of Serial Running changes in BOPs.
• Ensure the involvement and participation of SQAs during the Key Characteristics Compliance (S/R, KC, Pass-through characteristics) during the serial life.
• Ensure the ASQ mission execution by the SQA’s, in case of serial modifications, managed at Plant level

Programs:

• Ensure that SQAs review and validate with ASQs the complete supplier PPAP during Program Transfer.
• Participation during key supplier nominations in programs to be delivered to Regional plants.
• Ensure the involvement and participation of SQAs during Program R@R at supplier facilities.
• Direct involvement and “key” participant during Supplier Days performed at Faurecia Plants during Programs in Launch.
• Ensure the involvement and participation of SQAs during the Key Characteristics Compliance (S/R, KC, Pass-through characteristics) during the Program phase.
• Ensure the ASQ mission execution by the SQA’s, in case of specific programs, managed at Plant level

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering + Purchasing
• International mindset
• 5 years of experience in SQA in Automotive Business
