• Ensuring timely and accurate investigation of Sanctions & Embargoes alerts and cases
• Advising on Sanctions & Embargoes topics
• Ensuring timely and accurate escalation of Negative News, Sanctions Circumvention Attempts, Voluntary Self-disclosures
• Contributing to Sanctions & Embargoes projects
• Contributing and assisting the Head of Sanctions & Embargoes Germany to get a consolidated view of Sanctions & Embargoes risks & conducting respective regulatory watch
• Conducting and contributing to annual risk assessments and other Sanctions & Embargoes Reporting
• Ensuring collaborative link and work between Sanctions & Embargoes Compliance Officers & Sanctions Correspondents from integrated BNP Paribas entities within Germany (Advisory Role)
• Ensuring adequacy of Sanctions & Embargoes training within Germany jointly with the Training Referent
• Ensuring timely and accurate investigation and/or escalation of Corporate Social Responsibility related Trade Finance cases
