Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You interact with C-level and operations executives of healthcare providers
  • You understand functional requirements and boundary conditions of customers incl. organizational/structural restrictions as well as IT environment, all related to operations management on enterprise level
  • You are responsible for defining, documenting and prioritizing functional requirements for to-be-developed SW as well as their communication to the platform development team
  • You support the defining, documenting and communicating requirements to consulting and other service providers
  • You support implementation teams at customers alongside all cycles of the project
  • You have the overall lifecycle responsibility for the product/service/solution

Your qualifications and experience

  • You have successfully completed a Master’s university degree in computer science, business information technology or similar areas
  • We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional work experience in this field
  • You have many years of portfolio / product / service lifecycle management experience with a strong digital and software focus
  • Ideally you have many years of practical health care experience
  • Ideally you have experience in interacting with customers and partners, as well as selling solutions

  • You are a strong team player used to work effectively with international and often remotely located colleagues
  • You are a smart and curious person with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset and eager to learn and bring to life new technology
  • You are willing and able to travel (~ 50%)
  • You show and live empathy towards customers’ needs
  • You have developed a feeling for what creates real value for customers
  • Your knowledge of English is at negotiation level and ideally good German language skills
