• You will organize development activities on a day to day basis
• You translate customer requirements into tech speak
• You organize development work and you ensure that we deliver to customer satisfaction
• You have a business oriented mind and you know how to manage product releases
• You will be part of an innovative team in a horizontal organization
• You are a EU national or have a valid work permit for Luxembourg

• You are or you have been an experienced software developer, ideally in .Net / Web tech.
• If you still want to do some developments or get your hands into the code, you are welcome.
• Although development would not be your main activity.
  
• From technical documentation to product descriptions with, well, that little marketing touch. You write clear and concise.
• Fluent English is required for this job. Other languages are a plus, the biggest being German.
• Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, TeamCity, Octopus .Net, c#, Typescript, Javascript, MVC, Google Material Design and Bootstrap, Windows, Linux
• You know how to run a development team and how to make them enjoy their work
• You know what you want and how to get the best from your team
• You implement or enhance best practices for development, documentation, testing and release cycles. No waterfalls but agile.
• You like to interact with customers from all over the world and you support our Sales team to win new deals.
