To deliver to our increasing list of international energy customers, we are looking for a

Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

Reporting to the head of service delivery, the Service Delivery Manager is the interface between our customers and our development organisation. The Service Delivery Manager will manage the project delivery process for GreenCom applications to our international energy company and device manufacturer customers. This role will be the key player implementing innovative products into the market – and will actively shape all aspect of it: from initial scoping sessions to first installations to ramping up and scaling the solution. This includes taking an end-to-end view of the customers´ products and services, processes, and governance and transforming business needs into structured use cases.

Missions

  • Own the overall accountability for the end-to-end delivery of assigned accounts and projects – this includes actively shaping and co-creating our clients’ innovative products based on GreenCom’s capabilities
  • Manage all aspects of GreenCom’s solution implementation to customers internationally – from requirement shaping to successful market introduction
  • Work with the development team in the south of France to ensure high-quality delivery of GreenCom’s platform services
  • Interact closely with GreenCom’s product development team to consult customers based on our product strategy and insights and provide real-life feedback to improve GreenCom’s products
  • Look for sales opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure proper communication – internally and externally
  • Maintain high visibility into issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Make sure we find solutions to all obstacles along the way
  • Coordinate the beta and acceptance tests and manage training and handover to the support team

Profile

  • Capability of structuring discussions and turning customer requirements into structured use cases in the context of decentralised energy management
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills – applied at both start-up and corporate environments
  • Several years of working experience in the energy / IoT or other relevant domains
  • Multi-tasking, structured working style, identify overall dependencies
  • Proficiency in state-of-the-art office tools (e.g., MS Office)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project management skills including tracking, reporting, and resource management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German. French would be a great benefit
