Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d), Howald

Your Responsibilities

• Work in a flexible environment, be part of the development team, and build the application
• Help to design the best approach to connect with other parts of the solution
• Develop, and deliver new features for our products
• Ensure best practices on the backend side and ensure the application is being tested and well covered with scenarios
• Write well-designed, clean, and testable code and perform code reviews
• Build solutions and run the test on the server, build and deploy artifacts with pipelines
• Take care of the development items until they are deployed to the target environments
• Implement the security on the application. Ensuring the code is well developed and nothing is being exposed
• Collaborate with our QA Automation engineer who is responsible for the end-to-end tests

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
• +5 years working experience with developing C# .Net backend solutions
• Have experience/knowledge about Microservices
• Good knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience with Kafka or any other Message Broker
  
• Make use of projects, classes, reusability and how to create them
• Have produced unit tests and integration tests using XUnit or any other framework
• Knowledge on the most used Design Patterns
• Experience with developing secured APIs, authentication and authorization, OAuth flows, token, certificates
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool Git
• Experience with Docker and containerization like building and deploying images.
• Good understanding of Networking, WAF, Proxy, DNS and CI/CD development process
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum
• Experience with Azure DevOps, KeyVault, and App Configuration
• Excellent time management, self-organized, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience with Elasticsearch and with any other non-relational database is considered as an asset
• Experience with Angular, Azure, and Cloud Applications is considered as an asset
• Self-organized and creative team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
• Fluency in English is mandatory
