Tasks

• Contribute to the business development strategy and capital raising for BNPP AM Alts within the institutional segment (insurers, pension funds, other institutions including Single Family Offices) in Germany.
• Promote expertise in alternative assets: private debt and alternative credit, Private Equity as well as Real Estate, infrastructure, hedge funds.
• Manage a diversified portfolio of institutional clients and prospects and enhance the visibility of BNPP AM Alts in line with the commercial and communication strategy.
• Contribute to the sales strategy by sharing client needs, market trends, and relevant investment support.
• Implement commercial, relationship, and marketing actions for the institutional segment.
• Generate positive net inflows and additional revenue in line with the objectives of BNPP AM Alts.

Profile

• Master’s degree, CAIA/CFA certification appreciate
• Longterm sales experience in asset management, with a focus on institutional investors and alternative asset classes:
• Existing client base in Germany and a relevant capital raising track record.
• Strong technical skills in alternative assets, especially in private debt (senior, unitranche, and mezzanine)
• Strong ability to build trustful relationships
• Strong personal motivation and resilience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as recognized presentation skills
• Full professional fluency in German (C2 Level required) and English (C1 Level required)
