Senior Revenue Growth Controller (m/f), Erlangen

Your Mission

• Reporting to Head of Revenue Growth controlling, being the business partner to Sales and Commercial directors
• Timely and accurate monitoring and controlling of the monthly topline results along with explanatory comments of the performance
• Analyzing actual performance vs. targets based on category and channel development to identify risk and opportunities and propose actions for management
• Monitoring costs and the efficiency of sales activities by taking financial lead in revenue growth projects, e.g. accelerating our channel strategy
• Take active role within demand review (GPS) process with stakeholders in sales for the rolling forecast and ensuring our investment decisions on trade terms
• Taking active role in Rolling Forecast process through coordinating and improve sales financial forecast in close collaboration with Planning, Sales and Marketing teams and ensuring the accuracy of trade terms
• Increasing the financial awareness throughout the organization and understanding of the impacts of all activities on Financial KPIs
• Providing financial support for ad-hoc analyses and new businesses’ projects to Sales and Marketing teams

Your Profile

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in multinational companies
• Funded knowledge of Accounting (IFRS)
• Strong analytical skills without losing big picture
• Ability to think strategically and move quick to execution
• Pro-active, result oriented and structured way of working
• Collaborative working style, real team-player, attentive to details, drive to succeed and make a difference, flexible, resilient, determined, agile thinker and able to challenge
• Strong communicator with cross functional understanding, open and transparent
• Fluent in German and English
• At ease with MS Office software (excellent in Excel and Power Point)
• SAP R/3 knowledge preferred
