Missions

  • Develop strategic planning and roadmap for successful and timely program completion within budget costs, considering all relevant internal and external interactions. Serve as an recognized expert within the organization predominantly in own discipline
  • Direct program management and organization to ensure program results meet business requirements regarding technical quality, reliability and schedule
  • Coordinates program planning in terms of resourcing, staffing, supply and contract management, progress reporting and people management
  • Monitor program progress including performance, cost controlling and trigger escalation via Senior Management when deviating from the baseline. Coordinate planning (Budget, Timelines, Scope, Quality), change request management and reporting of the program activities
  • Anticipate potential business challenges, find solutions for complex problems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Establish efficient program coordination with clear responsibilities in relevant (sub-) projects

Profile

  • Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)
  • 5 + years professional experience at an international consultancy firm or insurance firm or at a management level in the IT department of an international company
  • Business fluent English and French
  • Higher education degree in law, economics or engineering
  • Skills and Competencies (functional / technical / methodological / social skills, Allianz competencies)
  • Reliable with high level of accuracy
  • Team player and ability to work under pressure with advanced level of self-organization and initiative
  • Good communication and relationship building skills; Excellent ability in English language (oral and written)
