The main missions

• Be the expert on EMC and electronic topics for our global Battery Pack activities
• Support engineering teams in our internal / external innovation, RFI, RFQ and program in development
• Provide and value solution integrated in our global product concepts for the automotive Battery Pack market to fulfill or comply EMC requirements
• Provide technology support and proposal for electronic topics related to Battery Pack
• Participate in the evaluation and validation of the Faurecia concept proposal
• Deliver technical synthesis for the EMC domain of the battery pack
• Define and lead a technology road map on EMC and electronic for Battery Pack
• Participate in the set up of our internal design methodologies including simulation tools
• Propose breakthrough and improvement ideas

Profile

• Engineering diploma in EMC, Electricity, Electronics
• +5 years experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent language skills in English, German and / or French
• EMC competencies and good knowledge on Battery pack
• Ability to drive complex technology topic / concept
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in matrix organization and in a multicultural and multi skilled team
• Autonomous workstyle
