The main missions

  • Expert on Body In White and crash for our global Battery Pack activities
  • Support the engineering team in our internal / external innovation, RFI, RFQ and program in development
  • Provide and value solutions integrated in our global product concepts for the automotive Battery Pack market to fulfill or comply with structural and crash requirements
  • Participate in the evaluation and validation of the Faurecia concept proposal
  • Deliver technical synthesis for the Structure and Crash domain of the battery pack Define and lead the technology road map on crash and structure topics for Battery Pack, from cell to pack Participate in the set up of our internal structural oriented design methodologies including simulation tools Propose breakthrough and improvement ideas

Profile

  • Engineering Diploma or PhD in mechanical / structure / crash domain
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
  • Minimum bilingual (English fluent, German and / or French Fluent)
  • Body in White competencies and good knowledge on Battery pack from the integration in vehicle down to the cell level
  • Ability to drive complex technology topic / concept (System oriented)
  • Ability to work in matrix organization and lead a multicultural skilled team
  • Autonomous workstyle
